Application Steps

1. Get the Form: Download the PC8 Application Form
2. Complete the Form: Fill in black ink and BLOCK LETTERS
3. Get Passport Photos: 2 identical photos (see requirements below)
4. Gather Documents: Original citizenship proof + ID documents
5. Submit Application: In person at a passport office

Passport Photo Requirements

• Size: 35-40mm wide x 45-50mm high
• Plain light-colored background
• Taken within last 6 months
• Neutral expression, eyes open
• No glasses or headwear (except religious)
